Mission Support Programme Project Manager
Reporting to the Mission Secretary for Mission Programme and Partnership, the Mission Support Programme Project Manager ensures mission support initiatives align with CWM’s strategic vision and contribute meaningfully to life-flourishing communities. This role is based in Singapore and requires frequent international travel to engage with global colleagues, church partners, and stakeholders.
The Mission Support Programme Project Manager will work closely with CWM’s governing bodies, global offices, finance team, ecumenical partners, youth movements, and civil society groups, ensuring that MSP remains a relevant and impactful mission programme.
The Mission Support Programme Project Manager is responsible for the Mission Support Programme’s overall coordination, management, and strategic direction. The role ensures that MSP effectively supports member churches’ mission work through comprehensive programme planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (PMER). The Project Manager will facilitate engagement with global and finance colleagues, ensure efficient resource allocation, and enhance collaboration across CWM departments and member churches.
•Explore opportunities for mission partnership to enable member churches to develop the capacity to implement their MSP projects more capably.
•Ability to undertake frequent international travel, with more than 50% of your time spent travelling to various global locations.
