This week is United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (UCJCI)’s Women’s Fellowship Week, and outreach, mentoring and supporting church members continue to be the Fellowship’s focus areas.
Virtual parenting talk shows will be held and young ladies mentored and nurtured in the faith as part of supporting families in church. Where possible, they will partner schools to provide online devotions, and children without internet access at home can do so in church under their supervision. Tablets have been also donated to children, and fundraisers are being planned to assist in preparing and distributing care packages to reach out to those in need.
