INSiGHT November is here

by CWM Communications Team

INSiGHT November arrives during Advent, a time of joyful anticipation to commemorate the arrival of Jesus. Like those who awaited the Messiah to deliver them from oppression, this issue’s spotlight on The Onesimus Project (TOP) sounds a clarion call for urgent transformation and liberation for those trapped in modern slavery and for restorative justice from the legacies of slavery.

It carries perspectives on the legacies of slavery by Prof. Anthony Reddie, Director of the Oxford Centre for Religion and Culture, Oxford University; a fictitious, creative monologue of Quamina with Onesimus by Rev. Dr Michael Jagessar; a comprehensive overview of TOP by International University of the Caribbean (IUC) President Rev. Dr Roderick Hewitt; Transformative Ecumenism being a signpost and destination by Lutheran pastor Rev. Dr Deenabandhu Manchala, before concluding with a call to end Modern Slavery by Dr. Sudipta Singh.

Be encouraged. Be inspired. Be informed. Welcome to INSiGHT.
