The CWM Mission Enabling Team and World Council of Churches – Commission on World Mission and Evangelism in partnership with the Church of Christ in Thailand are currently organizing a Seminar on Mission in Changing Ecclesial and Global Landscapes in Bangkok, Thailand from 26th to 30th of September.
The programme aims to further the work and discussions on the new WCC Affirmation on Mission and Evangelism, Together towards Life: Mission and Evangelism in Changing Landscapes (TTL). The new affirmation provides fresh concepts, convictions and directions of mission and evangelism for WCC member churches and mission organizations in a changing context. The seminar particularly aims to address the challenges of mission today with the aim to renew the commitment to mission within the context of the ecumenical movement.
A total of 26 participants and resource persons from the following organisations/institutions are represented in the seminar:
