The pedagogical process of the Programme is the action-reflection model of learning. It offers training which provides wider vision; deepened commitment; and a strengthened sense of fellowship and partnership. This Life Transforming Training programme is intended to be a stage in Christian formation which helps each participant in a life–long involvement with the mission of the God.
TIM is a learning process of enabling participants to discover perspectives and to develop skills for a life of witnessing.This is an enabling experience that allows the participants for an adventure of faith, rooted in God and enacted in the world.
