CWM programmes
The Council has four permanent programmes – financial sharing, personnel sharing, mission programme and mission education – which give encouragement, provide training opportunities, share information and give practical help to the churches' mission programmes.

Personnel sharing
From the first days of the LMS sending and receiving personnel has been key to our work. CWM now co-ordinates over 60 missionary appointments from everywhere to everywhere. -
Education and training
CWM's education in mission and training programmes seek to expose people to wider dimension of God's work in order that they might be effective in mission locally. - Mission programme
