PCW leaders are hoping to reach their members by publishing part of the guide on their website and have encouraged churchgoers to think twice before accepting that extra drink while celebrating.

Wearing red Santa Claus bonnets, they sang hymns and gave out gospel tracts, candies, and snacks to passersby on their way to the port and wished them a merry Christmas.

The paper sets out proposals for rich countries to be permitted to set higher carbon emission rates than developing countries, Christian Today reported.
