Published by the Welsh Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs, the guide provides handy hints on how to avoid that hazy morning-after-the-night-before feeling throughout advent.

PCW leaders are hoping to reach their members by publishing part of the guide on their website and have encouraged churchgoers to think twice before accepting that extra drink while celebrating.
